Triathlon Victoria is excited to announce the 2023 Victorian Duathlon Series.
Supported by Melbourne Tri Club, Bayside Triathlon Club, Knox Tri Club and Nunawading Tri Club, the 2023 Victorian Duathlon Series is set to take place July and August with two exciting races on the calendar.
Kicking off the series is a brand new course at the iconic Sandown Racecourse on July 8.
Athletes will get the opportunity to put their legs to the ultimate run-bike-run test on the smooth, wide roads of the iconic racecourse ahead of the new triathlon season.
The Series finale returns to Caribbean Gardens for the second straight season on August 27.
Race 2 will play host to the highly anticipated – Victorian Duathlon Championships and will carry valuable State Series points for those keen to accumulate points in their quest to become the State Series Champion in their age group for the 2023/24 season.
In addition, the Caribbean Garden’s Sprint race is also an Australian Age Group Multisport and Triathlon Team selection event for relevant Triathlon Australia members hoping to qualify for the 2024 World Triathlon Multisport Championships in Townsville!
The 2023 Victorian Duathlon Series promises to be a thrilling event, with exciting new courses and opportunities for athletes of all levels.
