Triathlon Victoria is pleased to announce the appointment of Natalie Shanahan and Melanie Armsby to the Triathlon Victoria board.
Melanie, a commercial lawyer, holds extensive legal and risk experience. As a recreational triathlete, Melanie is committed to supporting Triathlon Victoria’s work in inspiring people of all ages to live a healthy life, spend time outdoors and be socially connected.
Natalie is a legal professional embarking on her journey as a board director. A member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Natalie is passionate about health and fitness and is motivated in ensuring triathlon is an inclusive and accessible sporting option.
Natalie describes herself as a participant more than a competitor and has taken to the start line at the Melbourne Corporate Triathlon enjoying the challenge and finish line celebrations.
Further to this, Triathlon Victoria recently conducted Expression of Interests for our various committees. We had and incredible number and quality of applicants submit and EIO and we are pleased to announce those selected for the Women in Triathlon Working Group and the Governance and Finance Committee.
