Attendees will have the chance to hear from and connect with a range of sports professionals to help develop your coaching knowledge.
Leading the charge is running coach Paul Mackinnon. Paul’s philosophy focuses on key cues and small changes to get athletes running faster. Athletes will be guided to ensure their whole body is in balance and aligned to increase forward propulsion and minimize excess movement.
He’ll be joined by Up and Running Podiatry’s Matt Bull and Gary Johnstone, who will share their passion for educating athletes to move and feel better. Matt and Gary understand the challenges and concerns athletes and their coaches can face when it comes to running and injury and will be dispelling some of the myths coaches might have when it comes to working with allied health professionals.
